Pez Dispensers

This dispenser, from the Halloween series, has a 3.9 patent which was discontinued in the 70's. This one is very unique. Not only does it have the embossed patent number and country of origin, but it also has a stamped ink stencil on both sides of the stem. This is known as a transition piece.
